Miso is one of the Japanese traditional homemade specialities.
We decided that we will hold a Miso workshop in English at our Old Farmer House “Gombashi” on 27 / Feb / 2021!
You cook Miso by yourself for your loved ones who will eat your special Miso, or enjoy cooking Miso with your family or friends.
Then you ferment Miso for a half year at least and 2 years at most, not eat it when you cook. You can enjoy your waiting time with your family or friends until Miso will mature.
Also you can experience Miso which looks the same but different taste, while Miso is fermenting at your home.
